Accessories

This set includes eight Vario clamping bolts for welding tables with 16-mm holes—four with clamping lever for quick adjustment, and four with screws for high clamping force. This allows you to secure a workpiece at multiple points simultaneously, even large or irregularly shaped components.

What makes it special is the height adjustment: Using the laser-etched scale , you can adjust each bolt to the workpiece height (clamping range continuously 0 to 36 mm) and clamp it from above against the table surface. The centering bolts and adjustment ring are made of phosphated steel, the clamping bolt black-oxide , and the clamping levers are made of die-cast zinc—clamping technology designed for the rigors of everyday welding.

Here's how to use it

  • Securing complex assemblies: Eight bolts distribute the clamping points across the grid—even in places where a clamp cannot reach the edge of the table.
  • Multiple clamping positions in parallel: with eight bolts, two assemblies remain clamped at the same time—the second assembly, already clamped, is ready to be sewn.
  • Read the height instead of guessing: the scale adjusts each bolt with consistent precision—all clamping points are at the same height, and the workpiece lies flat.
  • Lever or screw: " clamping lever " for fast operation; use a screw where holding force is essential.

Does this go with your table?

The bolts fit the welding tables with 16-mm holes for material thicknesses of 4 mm or greater; the same set is available for the Ø-28 grid with larger bolts (0–75 mm).
