Set of 1 Vario clamping bolt, 16 mm diameter

Brief description

This set includes eight Vario clamping bolts for welding tables with 16-mm holes—four with a clamping lever for quick repositioning, and four with a screw for high clamping force. This allows you to secure a workpiece at multiple points simultaneously, even large or irregularly shaped components.

What makes the Vario clamping bolts special is their height adjustment: Using a laser-etched scale, you can adjust each bolt to the height of the workpiece (clamping range 0 to 36 mm) and clamp it against the table surface from above. You can insert them into any 16-mm hole and reposition them for the next task—with eight bolts, you have enough for multiple clamping positions at the same time. The clamp lever version is adjusted by hand, while the screw version is tightened for more force.

The bolts fit on welding tables with 16-mm holes for material thicknesses of 4 mm or greater.
