Accessories

With the " RUWI " clamping system set, you can equip your welding, assembly, or workbench for tool-free clamping on profiles with a slot of 8 to 10. The principle: press, turn, secure. Using the Ø30 quick-release clamps and the metal eccentric clamps, you can secure workpieces from above and from the side—without a wrench, in seconds. adapter plates, adapter brackets and stop screws provide mounting points for horizontal and vertical clamping, and the organization panel (700 × 450 mm, powder-coated sheet steel) with mounting pins keeps everything within easy reach on the wall.

This is the complete modular system for metal fabrication and fixture construction: 6 quick-release clamps (Ø 30 mm), 4 eccentric clamp with two swivel bearings, adapter plates in three versions (200 × 60 mm, 180 × 40 mm with M6 thread, round Ø 140 mm), adapter brackets, and stop screws – the levers are made of cast aluminum, the base bodies are made of burnished steel, and the plates are galvanised.

Here's how to use it

  • Setting up fixtures: adapter plates defines the clamping points; quick-release clamps secure them tool-free – the fixture for the recurring frame is set up in minutes and can be repositioned just as quickly.
  • Batch production: Turn the eccentric lever, part is in place—return the lever, next part; six quick-release clamps can fully assemble even larger subassemblies.
  • From above and from the side: a round plate for holding down, a rectangular one with an M6 thread for the lateral pressure point—the workpiece is secured in both directions.
  • Organization on the wall: each part has its own peg on the panel next to the table—the handle is recessed, so nothing gets in the way of the workpieces.

Does this go with your table?

The set is designed for slot 8 to 10 and fits welding and assembly tables with this slot width as well as aluminum profile tables—the only important factor is the slot, not the manufacturer. The compatible RUWI tables are the welding table lifting table with slot and the welding table leg table with slot. The Premium Set for the 20-mm grid follows the same logic for perforated grid tables, while the Starter Set slot 8 is designed for lighter profile structures; individual components are listed in the quick-release clamp overview.
