Set of 2 Vario clamping bolts, 28 mm diameter

With this set, you can fully equip your welding table with 28-mm holes for clamping. It includes ten clamping elements and an organization panel: one horizontal toggle clamp and one vertical toggle clamp, which you anchor in each hole using Ø 28 mm clamping bolt , as well as eight Vario clamping bolts—four with clamping lever for quick repositioning, and four with screws for high holding force.

You can adjust the Vario clamping bolts to the workpiece height using the laser-etched scale continuously —the large clamping range , with a range of 0 to 75 mm, can also accommodate thick assemblies. The horizontal toggle clamp (253 mm, stroke up to 35 mm) applies pressure from the side, while the vertical toggle clamp (244 mm, height compensation up to 40 mm) applies pressure from above—both feature automatic stroke compensation for components with tolerances. The wall panel (700 × 450 mm, powder-coated sheet steel) keeps all parts within easy reach using retaining pins.

Here's how to use it

• Setting up clamping positions: Hold the bolts down, apply pressure from the side and top with the clamps—the assembly is ready for tack welding, and the position is set in minutes.
• Eight clamping devices used in rotation: clamping lever- Pins for quick changeovers in sync with the cycle, and screw-type clamps where holding force is critical.
• Measure the height instead of guessing: the laser-etched scale ensures that every bolt is adjusted with consistent precision—all clamping points are at the same height, and the workpiece lies flat.
• Organization on the wall: each part has its own pin on the panel—the handle is recessed, so nothing gets caught between workpieces.

The set is designed for welding tables with 28-mm holes and a material thickness of at least 4 mm—for RUWI , welding table lifting table and leg table.
