Brief description

With this set, you can equip your welding table with 16-mm mounting holes. It combines four clamping elements and an organization panel: a horizontal clamp and a vertical clamp, which you secure in each hole using Ø 16 mm clamping bolts, as well as two Vario clamping bolts—one with a clamping lever for quick adjustment, and one with a screw for high holding force.

You can adjust the Vario clamping bolts to the workpiece height using a laser-etched scale (clamping range 0 to 36 mm), which holds your workpiece down from above. The horizontal clamp clamps from the side, the vertical clamp from above—both with stroke compensation for components with tolerances. This allows you to set up clamping stations for welding, tack welding, and assembly work and move them quickly. The wall panel with mounting pins keeps all parts within easy reach.

This set is designed for welding tables with 16-mm holes and a material thickness of at least 4 mm. You can find the individual vertical and horizontal clamps under Clamps, Vertical and Horizontal Clamps. For aluminum profile tables with grooves, there is the Clamping System Set for Grooves.
