Brief description

With this set, you can equip your welding table 16-mm holes for clamping. It includes four clamping elements and an organization panel: one horizontal toggle clamp one vertical toggle clamp, which you secure in each hole using clamping bolt , as well as two Vario clamping bolts—one with clamping lever quick adjustment, and one with a screw for high clamping force.

You adjust the Vario clamping bolts scale the workpiece height using a laser-etched scale (clamping range to 36 mm), which holds your workpiece in place from above. The horizontal toggle clamp from the side, while the vertical toggle clamp above—both feature stroke compensation components with tolerances. This allows you to set up clamping stations for welding, tack welding, and assembly work and quickly reposition them. The wall panel mounting pins keeps all parts within easy reach.

The set is designed for welding tables 16-mm holes and a material thickness of at least 4 mm. You horizontal toggle clamp the individual vertical and horizontal toggle clamp under " Clamps, Vertical and horizontal toggle clamp." For aluminum profile tables with slot the " Clamping System Set for slot."
