Accessories

The Vario clamping bolt (Ø 16 mm) provides you with a height-adjustable clamping point for any perforated table with 16-mm holes (for material thicknesses of 4 mm or more, especially for metal). Using the adjustment ring, you can set the clamping height continuously from 0 to 36 mm and read it directly from the laser-etched scale —this allows the bolt to adapt to workpieces of varying thicknesses without the need for shims. The centering bolt and adjustment ring are made of phosphated steel, which clamping bolt black-oxide .

Here's how to use it

  • Custom clamping: Rotate the ring to the workpiece height, insert the bolt into the hole—the pressure point is precisely positioned, and the part lies flat for tack welding.
  • Reproducible adjustment: The scale makes every height repeatable—the next time you make the same part, just turn it to the same value.
  • Functioning as a stop: In welding and assembly fixtures, the bolt also defines lateral reference points.

When ordering, choose the mounting option: S with a screw (78 mm overall height) stays securely in place once adjusted; K with clamping lever (109 mm) loosens and shifts tool-free when the position changes frequently. Multiple bolts are available in Set 1 (8 pieces) or Set 2, which includes clamps and an organization panel; the overview shows the clamps, vertical, and horizontal toggle clamp.
