Here's what's included
• 1 × lifting table-base frame
• 1 × welding table- Perforated panel, Ø 28 mm
The RUWI welding table lifting table is a mobile, height-adjustable welding work surface with a diameter of 28hole grid (1,200 × 800 mm). Using the hydraulic foot pump, you can adjust the height continuously from 46 to 106 cm. RUWI also designed it as a supplement to large, stationary welding tables: If a workpiece extends beyond the fixed table, simply move the lifting table into position, lock the castors in place, and pump it to the appropriate height.
The work surface is a 4-mm-thick steel plate with a phosphated finish—it withstands welding heat and spatter, is rust-resistant, and provides good adhesion for weld metal. The table has a load capacity of up to 300 kg. It is based on the tried-and-true RUWI lifting table - base frame —featuring the same hydraulically operated foot pump manufactured in Germany and four lockable solid rubber feetcastors.
Here's how to use it
- Extending the large table: If the support arm extends beyond the stationary table, the lifting table slides underneath it—move it into position, lock it in place, raise it to the correct height, and the workpiece rests on it continuously.
- Welding at working height : the seam comes to you, not you to the seam—weld the root pass while seated, the cap pass while standing, with a continuously between 46 and 106 cm.
- Clamp assemblies all around: The Ø-28 grid accommodates clamps, clamping bolts, and tensioners at any position—even in the middle of the board, where there is no table edge.
- Moving heavy parts: Items weighing up to 300 kg roll through the workshop on solid rubber casters and come to a stop as soon as the brakes engage.
Does this fit in your workshop?
The Ø-28-hole grid is compatible with the RUWI welding clamping system: TW 16 screw clamp, Ø 28 Vario clamping bolt, vertical and horizontal toggle clamp as well as the eccentric clamp; the RUWI welding tables.
If you need a stationary solution, the RUWI welding table leg table (legs, up to 500 kg) is the alternative; if you already have a base frame, the Ø 28 welding table top is available separately.
