Accessories

The RUWI welding table leg table is a sturdy welding and clamping table with a Ø-28-hole grid (1,200 × 800 mm) for workpieces weighing up to 500 kg. The work surface is a 4-mm-thick, phosphated steel plate—folded at the edges, welded at the corners, and reinforced on the underside with a stiffening cage that keeps the plate flat and stable. phosphated It withstands welding heat and spatter, is rust-protected, and provides good adhesion for the weld metal.

The table stands on four height-adjustable articulated legs: This allows you to adjust the working height to a height between 86 and 93 cm and keep it stable even on uneven floors. You can connect multiple leg tables together using the holes to expand the work surface. Weighing 77 kg, it’s also lighter than the weldinglifting table and can be moved as needed.

Here's how to use it

  • Supporting heavy assemblies: 500 kg load capacity support frames, beams, and machine parts—the stiffening cage keeps the plate level even under load.
  • Level it on the workshop floor: the four adjustable feet compensate for slopes and unevenness—the table stands firmly, and the level is correct.
  • Connect tables in a line: Use the holes to screw multiple tables with legs together to form a continuous work surface—for long workpieces and growing orders.
  • Clamp all around: The Ø-28 grid accommodates clamps, clamping bolts, and tensioners at any position—even in the middle of the panel, where there is no table edge.

The Ø-28-hole grid is compatible with the RUWI welding clamping system: TW 16 screw clamp, Ø 28 Vario clamping bolt, vertical and horizontal toggle clamp as well as the eccentric clamp; the RUWI welding tables.

If you need stepless height adjustment and casters, the RUWI welding table lifting table (46–106 cm, up to 300 kg) is the mobile option; if you already have a base frame, the Ø 28 welding table top is available separately.
