RUWI Aluminum adapter block

The adapter block adds height to your Waagrecht or vertical toggle clamp : You screw the 50 × 50 mm aluminum block (12 mm high, anodised, manufactured in Germany) onto the round adapter plate of the clamp and raise the clamping point by 12 mm. If you need more height, stack several blocks on top of each other—each adds another 12 mm, and the integrated screw connection holds each block securely in place.

Here's how to use it

• Clamping thick workpieces: If the clamping arm is positioned too low, a block raises the pressure point to the height of the workpiece—the clamp then applies pressure across the entire surface again instead of at an angle.
• Stacking millimeter by millimeter: two blocks are 24 mm, three are 36—the clamping height increases in 12-unit increments along with the workpiece.
• Accommodates third-party clamps: The drilling pattern is compatible with quick-release clamps from AMF, Bessey, Kipp, and others—the block also lifts the existing clamping system.
