The idea behind it

We created this adapter block because there are often situations where your horizontal or vertical toggle clamp needs vertical toggle clamp more height. The block, made of high-quality aluminum, measures 50 x 50 mm and is 12 mm high; it can be easily adapter plate onto our round adapter plate —we’ve already pre-assembled the screws so they won’t come loose. If you stack multiple adapter blocks on top of each other, you gain an additional 12 mm in height per block. This makes it easy to always have the right clamping height for your workpieces, whether you’re using a horizontal or vertical toggle clamp.

Brief description

The adapter block vertical toggle clamp height vertical toggle clamp your horizontal or vertical toggle clamp : Simply screw the 50 × 50 mm aluminum block (12 mm high) onto the adapter plate round adapter plate to raise the clamping point by 12 mm. If you need more height, simply stack multiple blocks on top of each other—each one adds another 12 mm. Each block is securely held in place by the integrated screw connection.

The block is made of anodized aluminum, and its hole pattern is compatible with quick-release clamps from AMF, Bessey, Kipp, and others. This allows you to achieve the correct clamping height even with taller workpieces—for example, with the horizontal toggle clamp or the vertical toggle clamp adapter plate round adapter plate.
