Miniature 45° chamfering cutter, permanently mounted with a guide bearing (Ø 5 mm)

Brief description

The miniature chamfer router bit creates a 45° chamfer on edges – for breaking sharp edges and clean chamfers on solid wood, wood-based materials, and coated panels. Its guide ring measures only Ø 5 mm, allowing you to get into tight inside radii and internal corners where a standard chamfer bit with a larger bearing would leave a mark. With a Ø 10 mm head and 5 mm cutting length, it stays small and agile.

The cutter is solid carbide of solid carbide and is right-hand rotation. Its shank a diameter of 6 mm—in the RUWI router table in router machines, you’ll need thecollet item no. ) for it. Unlike an indexable-insert cutter, it has a fixed cutting edge; when it becomes dull, it needs to be resharpened.
