First, the preliminary question: If you’re primarily making repeatable, precise cuts, look at the KSS 50 18M bl —the same machine, equipped ex works with an automatic retraction mechanism and angle stops on the crosscut fence. For material over 58 mm, the K 65 18M bl handles it with a 67 mm capacity and weighs barely more. And the K 55 cc is the same saw but with a power cord.
