The RUWI toggle clamp (Ø 20 mm) secures workpieces, stops, and guide elements tool-free in the slot 8 of aluminum profiles. Instead of tightening a slot nut with an Allen wrench, simply flip the eccentric lever—it locks in seconds and releases just as quickly.

When you flip the lever, an eccentric mechanism pulls the slot nut upward and locks it securely into the profile groove. This allows you to apply approximately 2.5 kN clamping force with minimal manual force. You can adjust the clamping range from 0 to 8 mm to match the height of your workpiece; at 44 mm overall height, the clamp lies flat. The base body is made of burnished steel, and the eccentric lever is made of powder-coated cast aluminum, manufactured in Germany.

Setting stops and guides: Secure workpieces, stops, and guide elements in slot-8 profiles—simply flip the lever instead of using screws.

Does this fit your aluminum profile?

The clamp fits into the slot 8—the slot for 40-series profiles—as well as into grooved tables and clamping plates with this dimension. When ordering, select the slot nut for Item or Bosch profiles: Both systems have differently shaped slots for the same groove width, which is why there are separate versions—the groove shape is the deciding factor, not just the width.

If you want the clamping point to be permanently secured with screws, use the version with an external thread and a clamping nut; the toggle clamp overview shows the smaller size for slot 6 and the larger size for slot 10.
