RUWI drilling table Premium

The RUWI drilling table Premium upgrades your bench or pillar drill into a drilling station equipped with a stop system, clamping system, and table extension . You can mount the clamping plate (450 × 400 mm), made of galvanized sheet steel, onto the machine table using the included mounting bracket; on top of it, you can position workpieces, stops, and clamping devices tool-free with precision and repeatability.

The anodized aluminum guide rail (720 mm) features a laser-etched “ scale.” You can adjust the two folding stops with fine-tuning to within a tenth of a millimeter—and fold them up when you’re not using them. This allows you to drill rows and series with consistent spacing without having to mark them out each time. A chip guard that can be used on either side is located beneath the drilling point: It supports the exit edge and protects the drill bit tip by preventing it from hitting the steel plate.

The Premium model comes equipped with the long RUWI table extension (approx. 104 × 15 cm, aluminum anodised): The foldable support leg is continuously adjustable from 66 to 106 cm height-adjustable and can be mounted on the left, right, or front. This allows you to securely load long workpieces such as doors, stair stringers, or large furniture parts.

Here's how to use it

• In-line and serial drilling: Adjust the spacing using the laser- scale , set the folding stop—each hole is drilled in the exact same position without having to mark it again.
• Drilling hinges and connectors: Fine-tune both hinged stops and test them one at a time; the stop you're not currently using is folded up and remains in position.
• Mounting doors and stair stringers: The table extension supports long workpieces—you can adjust the support leg continuously to the height of your machine table.
• Setting up clamping devices: Machine vises, vertical vises, and horizontal toggle clamp or positioning angle fit into tool-free the groove system—the clamping point moves along with the task.
• Drill without chipping: the chip guard supports the exit edge, and the milled zero line helps align the drilling point. When it wears out, simply replace it; it’s available separately as a replacement part.
• Connect work surfaces: Use the end piece with the adapter to connect additional extensions in a row—for wide work surfaces or fixed workstations.

The " drilling table " is compatible with bench and pillar drill presses as well as drill stands. It is secured to the machine table using the included mounting bracket; the plate measures 450 × 400 mm and weighs 15.5 kg net weight.

In addition to RUWI , the three adapter rails are also compatible with AIGNER table extensions —existing accessories can still be used. If you don’t need the table extension , the RUWI drilling table Classic —which features the same mounting and clamping system—is often sufficient; a table extension can be retrofitted later.
