RUWI Welding Table Top 1200 × 800 mm, 10 mm Groove

Brief description

The RUWI Welding Table Top (Grooved) is a 1,200 × 800 mm work surface made of 4 mm-thick steel—sold without a base frame, for those who already have a base or are setting up their own workstation. Using the 10-mm slots, you can place clamps, clamping devices, and stops where you need them without tools and quickly secure workpieces. The surface is phosphated: This keeps rust at bay, withstands welding heat and flying sparks, and ensures a good grip on the welding material.

The sides of the table are chamfered and also feature grooves—this allows you to clamp workpieces from the side as well. Underneath the tabletop, welded corners and a bolted-on reinforcement cage ensure that the surface remains level.

The top section fits onto the RUWI lift table base —together, they form a mobile, height-adjustable welding table, which is also available as a complete package under the name RUWI Nut Welding Table (Lift Table). The Clamping System Set for the Nut Welding Table includes all the necessary clamping accessories.

Possible applications

• Position clamping jaws, clamping devices, and stops in the 10-mm slots without tools
• Clamp workpieces from the side as well—using the slots in the chamfered table sides
• Steel plate, 1,200 × 800 mm, 4 mm thick, phosphated to protect against rust and welding heat
• Screw it onto the RUWI lift table base as a worktop, or mount it on its own base
