The idea behind it

The lifting table 300 XL lifting table is, so to speak, the big brother of our tried-and-true Classic model.
It was developed to meet the needs of our own workshop.
Some workpieces simply need more space—whether for gluing large panels, assembling parts, or clamping them over the table edges.
That’s why we’ve significantly expanded the work surface while maintaining stability, a well-thought-out design, and the versatility you’ve come to expect.

The RUWI lifting table 300 XLlifting table is the large version of the Classic—a mobile, height-adjustable assembly and clamping table for long workpieces, large panels, and heavy assemblies weighing up to 300 kg. The multiplex work surface, with HPL coating on both sides, measures 200 × 100 cm and can be extended to 270 × 100 cm using two pull-out extensions at the front.

Über das CNC-gefräste 20-mm-Lochraster (96-mm-Maß) spannst du Werkstücke mit Klemmen, Spannbolzen, Anschlägen und Auflageschienen frei auf der Fläche; die beidseitigen Spannprofile (2 × 100 cm) nehmen Schienenzwingen wie Bessey GTR für das Spannen von der Seite auf. Die Höhe stellst du hydraulisch stufenlos von 47 bis 106,5 cm ein – über zwei Fußpumpen an den Längsseiten, bedienbar von beiden Seiten, ohne Stromanschluss; die in Deutschland gefertigte Hydraulik ist reparierbar. Vier Lenkrollen machen die 165 kg fahrbar: zwei mit Komplettfeststeller, zwei mit Richtungsfeststeller.

Here's how to use it

  • Ganze Platten verleimen: 200 × 100 cm nehmen das volle Plattenformat auf – ausgezogen tragen 270 cm auch Türen und lange Bohlen komplett, die Zwingen setzt du übers Raster.
  • Von beiden Seiten pumpen: die zwei Fußpumpen an den Längsseiten heben die Last von der Seite aus, auf der du gerade stehst – kein Umlaufen um den Tisch.
  • Von oben und von der Seite spannen: Spanner im Lochraster, Zwingen in den Seitenprofilen – das Werkstück ist in beiden Richtungen fixiert.
  • Im Sitzen oder Stehen arbeiten: die stufenlosen 47 bis 106,5 cm stellen die Aufgabe auf deine Höhe – Beschlagmontage oben, Feinarbeit unten.
  • Geradeaus rangieren: die zwei Richtungsfeststeller führen den Tisch spurtreu durch schmale Gänge – die Komplettfeststeller setzen ihn fest.

Passt das zu deiner Werkstatt?

Der 300 XL ist der XL-Tisch ohne Strom- und Akku-Bedarf – die Fußpumpe hebt auch unter Last kräfteschonend. Wird bei dir oft und schwer verstellt oder sind CAS-Akkus im Betrieb, ist der RUWI Hubtisch Classic 400 XL Akku mit elektrischer Verstellung und 400 kg Traglast die Alternative.
