The idea behind it

Big projects need a big platform. When you want to set up a spacious workbench, compact solutions often aren’t enough. That’s why we rely on thebase frames. The battery-powered version even has a load capacity of 400 kg. For everyone who works with heavy workpieces every day, we wanted to provide added convenience: electric height adjustment via foot switch, so your hands stay free. The CAS battery system uses existing batteries from the workshop—without any additional investment.

Das RUWI Hubtisch Untergestell 400 XL Akku ist die elektromechanische Variante der XL-Reihe: Statt mit dem Fuß zu pumpen, fährst du die Höhe über zwei Fußschalter – die Hände bleiben frei. Lasten bis 400 kg bringst du so stufenlos auf Arbeitshöhen von 69 bis 103,5 cm (34,5 cm Hub).

Der Antrieb arbeitet kabellos mit 18-Volt-Akkus aus dem CAS-System (Cordless Alliance System) – kompatibel mit Akkus von Metabo, Mafell, Lamello und weiteren CAS-Partnern. So nutzt du die Akkus, die ohnehin in der Werkstatt liegen. Ist einer leer, wechselst du ihn und arbeitest weiter – kein Kabel, kein Warten auf eine Steckdose. Akku und Ladegerät gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang – den passenden CAS-Akku und das Ladegerät bekommst du separat.

Der geschweißte Vierkant-Rohrrahmen misst 144 × 77 cm und trägt Durchgangslöcher zum Befestigen der Auflage. Vier Vollgummi-Lenkrollen (Ø 125 mm) machen die 116 kg mobil – zwei mit Bremse, zwei mit Richtungsfeststeller für die gerade Fahrt.

Here's how to use it

  • Unter Last verstellen: Fuß auf den Schalter, der Tisch fährt elektrisch – beide Hände bleiben am Werkstück, auch wenn 400 kg aufliegen.
  • Akkus weiterverwenden: der CAS-Schacht nimmt die Metabo-, Mafell- und Lamello-Akkus aus dem Maschinenpark – Antrieb ohne zusätzliche Investition.
  • Eigene Aufbauten tragen: die neutrale Oberseite mit Durchgangslöchern nimmt Lochrasterplatte, Maschinenauflage oder Eigenbau auf – das Untergestell ist die Basis, du bestimmst die Fläche.
  • Geradeaus rangieren: die zwei Richtungsfeststeller führen den Tisch spurtreu durch schmale Gänge – die Bremsen setzen ihn fest.

Passt das zu deiner Werkstatt?

Das Untergestell lohnt sich, wo oft und schwer verstellt wird und schon CAS-Akkus im Betrieb sind. Mit fertiger XL-Lochrasterplatte gibt es den kompletten Tisch als RUWI Hubtisch Classic 400 XL; die Fußpumpen-Alternative ohne Akku-Bedarf ist das RUWI Hubtisch-Untergestell mit Hydraulik.
