Der RUWI Exzenterspanner spannt dein Werkstück über einen Exzenterhebel fest – ein Hebelweg statt einer Schraube. Das geht schnell und eignet sich besonders, wenn du viele gleiche Teile nacheinander spannst und wieder löst. Du setzt ihn über den Klemmbolzen in das Lochraster deines Schweißtischs und richtest ihn über die Adapterplatte aus; beim Bestellen wählst du den Bolzen passend zum Raster: Ø 16 oder Ø 28 mm.

Den Spanndruck erzeugt der Exzenter (100 × 44 mm) über das Drehlager (Ø 30 × 20 mm), die Adapterplatte (180 × 40 mm) gibt ihm festen Sitz auf der Platte. Alle Teile sind aus Stahl, verzinkt und brüniert – funkenfest und rostträge im Schweißalltag.

Here's how to use it

Serien heften und schweißen: Hebel um, Teil sitzt – Hebel zurück, nächstes Teil. Bei wiederkehrenden Baugruppen schlägt der Exzenter jede Schraubzwinge im Takt.
Position halten statt suchen: Bolzen und Adapterplatte definieren die Spannstelle im Raster – jedes Teil der Serie liegt an derselben Stelle.
Druckpunkt ausrichten: über die M6-Gewindebohrung der Adapterplatte und das Drehlager stellst du den Exzenter auf die Werkstückkontur ein.

Passt das zu deinem Schweißtisch?

Die Ausführung Ø 28 mm passt in das Lochraster der RUWI Schweißtische (Materialdicke ab 4 mm – die phosphatierten RUWI-Schweißtischplatten erfüllen das); die Ausführung Ø 16 mm in Tische mit 16er-Raster. Passende Tische sind der mobile Schweißtisch Hubtisch und der standfeste Schweißtisch Beintisch.

Das Ø-28-Raster nimmt auch die übrige Spanntechnik auf: Schraubzwinge TW 16, Vario-Spannbolzen Ø 28 sowie Senkrecht- und Waagrechtspanner; den Überblick geben die RUWI Schweißtische.
