Accessories

The RUWI fence (720 mm) provides your drilling table with a fixed reference edge for repetitive drilling. You can read the laser-engraved scale directly on the fence; using the clamping brackets with toggle clamps, you can secure it tool-free into the slot (8–10 mm) and move it just as quickly again. The fence is made of anodized aluminum, and the scale is laser-engraved rather than printed—it remains legible even after years of workshop dust have settled on it.

Two flip stops with fine adjustment are included: You can set them to your drilling spacing and fold them up to use as a stop or fold them away to slide the workpiece through. Use the fine adjustment to precisely adjust the stop position.

Here's how to use it

  • Repeat row drilling: Fold up the stop, position the workpiece, and drill—each shelf component gets the hole in exactly the same spot, without having to mark it.
  • Two measurements, one after the other: Set both flip stops to different distances—for pairs of dowels and hardware drilling patterns, simply switch between the positions instead of remeasuring.
  • Feeding long parts through: With the stop folded away, the workpiece moves along the fence to the next position—the reference edge remains stationary.
  • Read the measurement directly: the laser-etched scale shows the position without a folding rule—set it, fine-tune it, drill.

Does this go with your drilling table?

The clamping brackets fit into the 8- to 10-mm slot of the RUWI drilling tables (Basic, Classic, Premium) and other slotted tables of this size. Additional or replacement stops are available as individual flip stops with fine adjustment (right or left); the positioning angle serves as a fixed counter-stop in the slot.
