The idea behind it

We created this adapter block because there are often situations where your horizontal or vertical toggle clamp needs vertical toggle clamp more height. The block, made of high-quality aluminum, measures 50 x 50 mm and is 12 mm high; it can be easily adapter plate onto our round adapter plate —we’ve already pre-assembled the screws so they won’t come loose. If you stack multiple adapter blocks on top of each other, you gain an additional 12 mm in height per block. This makes it easy to always have the right clamping height for your workpieces, whether you’re using a horizontal or vertical toggle clamp.

Der Adapterblock gibt deinem Waagrecht- oder Senkrechtspanner mehr Höhe: Du schraubst den 50 × 50 mm großen Aluminiumblock (12 mm hoch, eloxiert, in Deutschland gefertigt) auf die runde Adapterplatte des Spanners und hebst den Spannpunkt um 12 mm an. Brauchst du mehr, stapelst du mehrere Blöcke übereinander – jeder bringt weitere 12 mm, und die integrierte Verschraubung hält jeden Block fest.

Here's how to use it

  • Dicke Werkstücke spannen: steht der Spannarm zu tief, hebt ein Block den Druckpunkt auf die Werkstückhöhe – der Spanner drückt wieder flächig statt schräg.
  • Millimeterweise stapeln: zwei Blöcke sind 24 mm, drei sind 36 – die Spannhöhe wächst im 12er-Schritt mit dem Werkstück.
  • Fremde Spanner aufnehmen: das Bohrbild passt zu Schnellspannern von AMF, Bessey, Kipp und weiteren – der Block hebt auch die vorhandene Spanntechnik.
