Sobald du dir auf dem Bohrtisch oder am Schweißtisch eine eigene Vorrichtung baust, fehlt irgendwann ein rechter Winkel, der wirklich hält – eine Ecke, an der zwei Aluprofile sauber zusammenkommen, oder ein Anschlag, gegen den dein Werkstück jedes Mal an derselben Stelle sitzt. Der RUWI Winkel ist genau dieses Teil: ein verzinkter Stahlwinkel mit je zwei parallelen Langlöchern in den Flanken, der Profile rechtwinklig verbindet und als fester Bezugspunkt im Aufbau bleibt.

Mit einem Schnellspanner wird er zum Anschlag, den du ohne Werkzeug setzt und wieder löst – so entsteht aus wenigen Bausteinen die Vorrichtung, die der Auftrag gerade verlangt, statt sie jedes Mal neu zu erfinden.

Here's how to use it

Profile zur Ecke verbinden: zwei Aluprofile treffen sich rechtwinklig im Winkel – Rahmen und Aufbauten bleiben maßhaltig.
Wiederkehrende Anschläge setzen: am Schweißtisch oder auf der Aufspannplatte sitzt jedes Werkstück an derselben Stelle – die Langlöcher geben den Verstellweg zum Feinjustieren.
Werkzeuglos umbauen: mit Schnellspanner gesetzt und gelöst, mit Anschlagschraube fein nachgestellt – der Aufbau wechselt mit dem Auftrag.
