Brief description

Beim Einsetzfräsen kurzer Werkstücke ist es oft schwer möglich, das Werkstück sicher am Fräswerkzeug vorbeizuführen.

Bei der AIGNER Spannlade sorgt eine exzentrisch spannende Klemmbacke dafür, dass das Werkstück gegen die stufenlos verstellbare Anschlagbacke gespannt wird. So bleibt es sicher fixiert und wird kontrolliert am Fräswerkzeug vorbeigeführt. Der lange Handgriff ermöglicht eine präzise Führung und hält die Hände auf Abstand zum Werkzeug.

Typisch ist der Einsatz beim Einsetzfräsen kurzer Werkstücke. Besonders dann, wenn wenig Auflagefläche vorhanden ist oder das Werkstück so klein ist, dass es nicht mehr sicher von Hand geführt werden kann. In Kombination mit einer Tischverlängerung und Aigner Queranschlag lassen sich auch längere Teile sauber zuführen.

Eine einfache Spannlösung – dort sinnvoll, wo freihändiges Arbeiten zum Risiko wird.

Possible applications

Einsatzfräsen kurzer Werkstücke – sinnvoll, wenn Werkstücke direkt an das laufende Werkzeug herangeführt werden
Fräsen bei geringer Auflagefläche – wenn Werkstücke nicht sicher auf dem Tisch geführt werden können
Arbeiten in Kombination mit Tischverlängerung und Queranschlag – Bei Werkstücken, die zusätzlich abgestüzt werden müssen
