Brief description

When face milling short workpieces, it is often difficult to guide the workpiece safely past the milling cutter. With the AIGNER clamping chuck, a clamping jaw secures the workpiece against the infinitely adjustable counter-jaw using a quick-release lever. This keeps it securely in place and ensures it is guided smoothly past the milling cutter.

The long handle guides the workpiece and keeps your hands at a safe distance from the tool. The clamping jaw compensates for variations in workpiece length and clamps securely every time. The body is made of anodized aluminum—sturdy and lightweight, with a total length of 800 mm and a clamping length of 550 mm.

This method is typically used for milling short workpieces—especially when there is little contact surface or the part is too small to be guided safely by hand. In combination with the AIGNER table extension with crosscut fence, you can guide the parts into position cleanly. A simple clamping solution—ideal for situations where working freehand poses a risk.
