- We’re familiar with the machines from our own production We use Erika tools and cordless screwdrivers every day here in Fluorn-Winzeln. We’ve actually used the products we recommend ourselves. The Mafell plant in Oberndorf is located 4 km from us.
Packages are shipped via DHL or DPD and usually arrive within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email.
Large machines like the ERIKA are shipped via Schenker, usually arriving in about 3 business days. Upon request, the carrier can deliver on your preferred date—just coordinate the details with them by phone. If delivery is going to take longer, we’ll let you know in advance.

MAFELL-Complete: Free after registration at
—36 months with no repair costs. This includes wear-and-tear parts: bearings, switches, carbon brushes, seals, and battery packs. Mafell covers pickup and return shipping to the factory service center (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Here’s how it works: You check the box when you buy, and we’ll register it. You’ll receive confirmation via email. All you need in the event of a warranty claim is the invoice and the confirmation.
ServicePlus Travel Insurance, Germany only
Repair costs are reimbursed after you pay a deductible. In the event of a total loss, you’ll receive a new device.
