- There's a carpenter on the phoneHe works with Mafell machines himself, asks about the pieces you're working on, and will even let you know if a smaller one will do.
- We use Mafell products ourselves We use ERIKA and cordless screwdrivers in our production facility in Fluorn-Winzeln. We only recommend products we’ve tried ourselves. The Mafell plant in Oberndorf is 4 km away as the crow flies.
- MAFELL-Complete – after registering with Mafell If you register the machine with Mafell, Mafell will cover repair costs for 36 months, including wear-and-tear parts. This is a service provided by Mafell at every Mafell authorized dealer. After your purchase, we’ll send you instructions via email—it’s best to register the machine right after delivery.
Packages are shipped via DHL or DPD, and you'll receive tracking information by email. Large machines like the ERIKA are shipped via Schenker.
The delivery time is listed next to the price: if the item is in stock, or—if it’s out of stock—under the “Add to Cart” button. If you’d like, the shipping company can come at a time that’s convenient for you—you can arrange this with them by phone. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know in advance.
