Is the " lifting table " Premium a good fit for your work?
The configurator asks about your workpieces, your workflow, and your available space—and shows you which lifting table is the right fit. Even if it’s a different model.
The idea behind it
Reiner Ruggaber
The RUWI lifting table Premium Set combines the Premiumlifting table with support technology for long and large workpieces: the RUWI lifting table Premium, four support rails with non-slip coating (120 cm each), and eight clamping brackets with clamping bolt Ø 20 mm—offered as a package at a lower price than if purchased individually.
The Premium is the model with the fold-out perforated panel: You can expand the surface from 1,200 × 800 mm to 1,600 × 1,200 mm in seconds. 192 chamfered holes (Ø 20 mm) turn the entire panel into a clamping station, and there’s also a drawer with storage space underneath the panel. Load capacity up to 300 kg; the height adjusts continuously from 57 to 117 cm via the hydraulic foot pump, and the workbench is mobile on four lockable solid rubbercastors (Ø 100 mm).
You can position the four support rails tool-free on the 20-mm grid using the eight clamping brackets—even beyond the edge of the table. This allows you to support doors, stair stringers, or planks that extend beyond the table top. The anti-slip surface keeps the material in place, often eliminating the need for additional clamps when sanding or edge-trimming.
Here's how to use it
- Supporting extra-long pieces: two rails positioned beyond the edge of the table support the door or plank along its entire length—leaving the tabletop free for clamps and tensioners.
- Sanding without a clamp: The workpiece rests on the non-slip surface and stays in place due to friction—simply flip it over and continue sanding without having to re-clamp it.
- Adjustable width: Open the panel for cabinet bodies and edge banding, close it for pallet dimensions—the rails move along with it.
- Clean up in seconds: when you're not using the rails, store them under the tabletop—on the table, not on the shelf.
Does this fit in your workshop?
This set is the fastest way to set up a premium workstation ready for use with long workpieces. The hydraulic system is repairable; the foot pump and table top are manufactured in Germany, while the base frame comes from our Austrian partner company—the base frame is delivered as a kit for self-assembly.
If the table alone is enough for you, choose the RUWI lifting table Premium model as is and add rails later individually from the lifting table accessories; the lifting table overview provides a summary of all models.
