RUWI Lifting Table Premium Clamping System Package

Brief description

The clamping system package is the RUWI Premium lifting table, which comes fully equipped with a clamping system right out of the box. You get a swiveling perforated work surface with a drawer and storage space, plus four support rails and four clamps—allowing you to secure workpieces from day one without having to assemble the clamping system piece by piece.

Place the four support rails with anti-slip coating over the 192 holes (Ø 20 mm) in the table to create a secure support for large boards and panels. Two vertical clamps and two horizontal clamps—each with a Ø 20 mm clamping bolt—secure the workpiece from above and from the side. Eight clamping brackets hold the rails and stops in any desired position.

The base is the premium lift table: a multiplex perforated panel coated with HPL on both sides (1,200 × 800 mm, expands to 1,200 × 1,600 mm), which can be adjusted hydraulically in infinite steps from 570 to 1,170 mm in height using the foot pump manufactured in Germany and supports loads up to 300 kg. Four lockable solid rubber swivel casters (Ø 100 mm) make it mobile, and a drawer under the panel keeps tools within easy reach.

The package comes with the base frame for self-assembly—this ensures it arrives in a compact, easy-to-ship package.
