Brief Description

The Clamping System Package is the RUWI lifting table Premium, fully equipped with clamping hardware right out of the box. You get the swiveling hole grid work surface with a drawer and storage space, plus four support rails and four clamps—so you can secure workpieces from day one without having to assemble the clamping system piece by piece.

Place the four support rails with non-slip pads over the 192 holes (Ø 20 mm) in the panel to create a secure support for large boards and panels. Two vertical toggle clamp and two horizontal toggle clamp —each with clamping bolt Ø 20 mm—secure the workpiece from above and from the side. Eight clamping brackets hold rails and stops in any desired position.

The base is the Premiumlifting table: a multiplex perforated panel coated with HPL on both sides (1,200 × 800 mm, expands to 1,600 × 1,200 mm), which can be hydraulically continuously adjusted from 570 to 1,170 mm height-adjustable using a foot pump manufactured in Germany and can support loads of up to 300 kg. Four lockable solid rubber casterscastors (Ø 100 mm) make it mobile, and a drawer under the tabletop keeps tools within easy reach.

The package comes with the base frame for self-assembly—so it arrives in a compact, easy-to-ship package.
