Accessories

The replacement base replaces the entire base of your RUWI support rail if the surface is worn or the strip has been sawed through—for example, after prolonged use as a sawing surface. It consists of a coated plywood strip (approx. 1,200 × 35 mm) with a black anti-slip surface glued to it; four brass screws (4 × 40 mm) are included.

Here's how to use it

  • Replacing the soleplate instead of the rail: Unscrew the old soleplate and attach the new one with the four brass screws—the aluminum profile continues to function; only the wear part is replaced.
  • Replace after use: If the base of the handheld circular saw has become grooved over the years, replacing it will restore a flat, slip-resistant surface.
  • Upper or sole—depending on the damage: if only the rubber upper has worn smooth, the less expensive self-adhesive replacement upper will suffice; if the edge is also worn out, the entire sole must be replaced.

Does this fit your splint?

The base fits the RUWI support rail 120 cm with clamping lever (also available as a set). The self-adhesive replacement base only replaces the top layer—it also fits the glued-on rail version. Additional accessories are available in the lifting table system.
