The idea behind it

The support rails hold your workpiece as if it were glued in place. Open sides make clamping with screw clamps easy. With our own clamping technology, the support rails can be attached quickly and without tools and can even extend the width of the table and work surface.

Die Auflageschienen sind zwar unbenutzt, haben aber ein paar kleine, oberflächliche Kratzer in der Eloxierung. Da das nicht dem RUWI Qualitätsanspruch entspricht, bieten wir die 80cm langen Auflageschienen als B-Ware an.

Die RUWI Auflageschiene mit hochwirksamem Antirutschbelag verwandelt deinen Hubtisch oder Multifunktionstisch in eine flexible, erweiterbare Arbeitsfläche. Die robuste Aluminiumkonstruktion und dient optimal als Anschlag, Auflager oder mobiler Werkstückträger. Durch Klemmwinkel mit 20-mm-Klemmbolzen lässt sich die Schiene schnell und werkzeuglos in jedem Lochrastertisch mit 20-mm-Bohrungen befestigen. Der austauschbare Antirutschbelag sorgt für sicheren Halt – oft sogar ganz ohne zusätzliche Fixierung.

Reliable stop function: Safe and precise positioning of workpieces for accurate machining results.
Expandable work surface: Use the rails beyond the edge of the table to easily enlarge your support surface if required.
Universal compatibility: Compatible with all standard perforated grid tables (e.g. Festool MFT, RUWI lifting table, self-built workbenches).
Saw-friendly: The 15 mm thick, non-slip support sole is ideal as a safe sawing base, even if the cutting depth is set deeper.
Easy handling: Interchangeable workpiece supports and open steel caps at the ends allow clamps (e.g. Festool FSZ, Bessey GTR) to be inserted and fixed quickly - vertically and horizontally.
