Die AIGNER Tischverlängerung mit Queranschlag erweitert deinen Maschinentisch und gibt dir beim Einsetzfräsen mehr Sicherheit und Kontrolle: Die eloxierte Aluminium-Auflage (1.100 × 172 mm) trägt lange Werkstücke, der verschiebbare Queranschlag (400 mm, lackiertes Buche-Multiplex) legt Einstieg und Endpunkt fest und wirkt beim Eintauchen ins laufende Werkzeug als Rückschlagschutz. AIGNER fertigt diese Sicherheitstechnik in Deutschland.

Den Queranschlag verschiebst du stufenlos, schwenkst ihn um bis zu 90° und nimmst ihn bei Bedarf komplett ab – so nutzt du die Verlängerung mal mit Anschlag für geführte Arbeiten, mal als reine Auflage. Der klappbare Stützfuß rastet beim Ausklappen selbsttätig ein; die Höhe stellst du stufenlos von 755 bis 1.000 mm flächenbündig ein, fixiert wird werkzeuglos per Klemmhebel an der Befestigungsschiene.

Here's how to use it

  • Einsetzfräsen mit definiertem Einstieg: der Queranschlag legt den Eintauchpunkt fest – das Werkstück setzt kontrolliert ins laufende Werkzeug ein, der Anschlag fängt den Rückschlag.
  • Wiederholgenau fräsen: dieselbe Anschlagposition mehrfach anfahren, ohne neu anzuzeichnen – Serienteile bekommen identische Einsatzfräsungen.
  • In Sekunden umgebaut: Anschlag abnehmen, und die Verlängerung arbeitet als reine Auflage – lange Werkstücke führst du allein, ohne zweite Person.

Passt das zu deiner Maschine?

Die Verlängerung montiert sich über die Befestigungsschiene an jeder Maschine, an der der Tisch zu kurz wird. Ohne Queranschlag gibt es die reine AIGNER Tischverlängerung; für eine durchgehende Auflage koppelt der AIGNER Verbindungssteg eine zweite dahinter, und der abgenommene Queranschlag parkt am optionalen Aufhänger.
