Wenn du lange oder große Werkstücke bearbeitest, fehlt oft die nötige Auflage: Das Werkstück kippt ab, die Bearbeitung wird ungenau – an Bandsäge oder Tischfräse kann das auch gefährlich werden. Genau dort schafft die AIGNER Tischverlängerung zusätzliche Auflage und gibt dem Werkstück eine durchgehende Führung; AIGNER fertigt diese Sicherheitstechnik in Deutschland.

Die Auflage (1.100 × 172 mm, eloxiertes Aluminium) steht auf einem klappbaren Fuß, der beim Ausklappen selbsttätig einrastet; die Arbeitshöhe stellst du stufenlos von 755 bis 1.000 mm flächenbündig auf deinen Maschinentisch ein. Fixiert wird werkzeuglos per Klemmhebel über die Befestigungsschiene – und genauso schnell wieder abgenommen.

Here's how to use it

  • Lange Teile allein führen: Profilleisten an der Fräse, lange Bohlen am Hobelautomat – die Verlängerung ersetzt die zweite Person, die sonst abstützt.
  • Breite Platten sägen: an der Formatkreissäge liegt auch das breite Teil vollständig auf, statt hinter dem Tisch abzukippen.
  • Von Maschine zu Maschine: Klemmhebel lösen, umsetzen – Bandsäge, Tischfräse, Kreissäge, Abrichte und Bandschleifer teilen sich eine Verlängerung.
  • Als Plattform nutzen: Anschläge und Vorrichtungen wie der AIGNER Kreisfix setzen auf der Auflage an.

Passt das zu deiner Maschine?

Die Verlängerung montiert sich über die Befestigungsschiene an jeder Maschine, an der der Tisch zu kurz wird – auch über die RUWI Befestigungsschiene. Brauchst du zusätzlich einen Anschlag zum Ablängen oder einen Rückschlagschutz beim Einsetzfräsen, nimmst du die Ausführung mit Queranschlag; für eine durchgehende Auflage koppelt der AIGNER Verbindungssteg eine zweite Verlängerung dahinter.
