Die AIGNER Führungsrollen sind zweireihige Rollenaufsätze für das AIGNER Druckmodul: Zwei Rollenreihen nehmen das Werkstück zwischen sich und führen es sicher und verlängert am Werkzeug entlang – besonders bei dünnen Werkstücken und Plattenmaterial, die einreihige Rollen allein nicht ruhig halten. Der federnde Andruck des Druckmoduls hält den Kontakt gleichmäßig, ohne dass sich das Werkstück verklemmt.

Here's how to use it

Dünnes Material führen: Platten und dünne Werkstücke laufen zwischen den Rollenreihen – geführt statt nur angedrückt, ohne zu flattern.
Führung nach Länge wählen: zwei Rollen für den kompakten Führungspunkt, vier für den Standard, acht für die lange, durchgehende Führung an großen Teilen.
Toleranzen mitnehmen: der federnde Andruck des Moduls gleicht Dickenunterschiede aus – der Kontakt bleibt, das Teil läuft frei.

Passt das zu deiner Fräse?

Beim Bestellen wählst du die Ausführung nach Rollenzahl: 2 Rollen, 4 Rollen oder 8 Rollen. Wichtig: Alle drei laufen auf dem AIGNER Druckmodul, das separat erhältlich ist. Für den punktuellen Andruck von oben sind die AIGNER Andruckrollen einreihig die Alternative, für flächigen Druck Druck- und Gleitschuh; die Übersicht zeigt die AIGNER Kollektion.
