Die AIGNER Andruckrollen sorgen zusammen mit dem AIGNER Druckmodul für eine kontrollierte Werkstückführung direkt am Werkzeug: Der federnde Anpressdruck des Moduls hält das Werkstück auch bei Maßtoleranzen gleichmäßig gegen Anschlag und Tisch, die Polyamid-Rollen (Ø 60 mm, 10 mm breit) laufen mit dem Vorschub mit – das Werkstück wird stabil geführt, ohne abzuheben oder zu verkanten.

Here's how to use it

Schmale Leisten fräsen: die Rollen drücken kontinuierlich gegen Anschlaglineal und Tisch – am RUWI Frästisch wie an der Tischfräse.
Massivholz mit schwankender Stärke: der federnde Andruck gleicht Toleranzen aus – der Anpressdruck bleibt, auch wenn das Brett nicht überall gleich dick ist.
Geschweifte Teile führen: Rundbogenfriese und geschwungene Rahmenprofile laufen mit gleichmäßigem Druck am Werkzeug vorbei.
Nahe am Werkzeug arbeiten: dünne Platten und empfindliche Teile bleiben stabilisiert, wo die Hand nicht hin soll.

Passt das zu deiner Fräse?

Beim Bestellen wählst du nach Führungslänge: Einzelrolle für punktuellen Druck, Doppelrolle (Achsabstand 64–92 mm verstellbar), Viererrolle und Sechserrolle für lange, gleichmäßige Führung (Rollen einzeln verstellbar, äußerste bis 260 mm) sowie die Sicherheitsrolle – eine Viererrolle mit verlängerter Führung und transparentem Polycarbonat-Schild, das die Rollen abdeckt und vor umherfliegenden Spänen schützt. Wichtig: Alle Ausführungen laufen auf dem AIGNER Druckmodul, das separat erhältlich ist. Je nach Anwendung kann auch der AIGNER Druck- oder Gleitschuh die passendere Lösung sein; die Übersicht zeigt die AIGNER Kollektion.
