The idea behind it

The support rails hold your workpiece as if it were glued in place. Open sides make clamping with screw clamps easy. With our own clamping technology, the support rails can be attached quickly and without tools and can even extend the width of the table and work surface.

Brief description

Although the support rails are unused, they have a few small, superficial scratches in the anodized coating. As this does not meet RUWI's quality standards, we are offering the 80 cm long support rails as B-grade goods.

The RUWI support rail with highly effective anti-slip coating transforms your lift table or multifunctional table into a flexible, expandable work surface. The robust aluminum construction is ideal for use as a stop, support, or mobile workpiece carrier. Clamping brackets with 20 mm clamping bolts allow the rail to be quickly attached to any perforated table with 20 mm holes without the need for tools. The replaceable anti-slip coating ensures a secure hold – often without the need for additional fastenings.

Flexible workpiece support: Ideal for placing and precisely aligning long boards and panels when sawing, routing or sanding.
Reliable stop function: Safe and precise positioning of workpieces for accurate machining results.
Expandable work surface: Use the rails beyond the edge of the table to easily enlarge your support surface if required.
Universal compatibility: Compatible with all standard perforated grid tables (e.g. Festool MFT, RUWI lifting table, self-built workbenches).
Saw-friendly: The 15 mm thick, non-slip support sole is ideal as a safe sawing base, even if the cutting depth is set deeper.
Easy handling: Interchangeable workpiece supports and open steel caps at the ends allow clamps (e.g. Festool FSZ, Bessey GTR) to be inserted and fixed quickly - vertically and horizontally.
