Accessories

The RUWI attaches your RUWI table extension machines, workbenches, and multifunction tables—height-adjustable continuously height-adjustable no permanent mounting. This allows you to expand the support surface for large and long workpieces and prevent them from tipping over.

The galvanized steel adapter attaches to tabletops up to about 63 mm thick or, using the two included swiveling slot nuts , to slot-8- profiles. The infinitely variable height adjustment brings the extension flush with the tabletop.

Here's how to use it

  • Extending the multifunction table: On the Festool MFT or the Sauter Variobench, the extension supports long workpieces that extend beyond the edge of the table—when adjusted to be flush with the surface, nothing tips over.
  • Extending stationary machines: On a band saw, circular saw, planer, or edge sander, the extension provides a support for the workpiece in front of or behind the machine.
  • Attaching to aluminum profiles: the swiveling slot nuts s engage with side profiles from Minitec, Item, and other profiles with a slot of 8—simply swivel them into place instead of threading them through.
  • Slide and align: Use the profile rail for the mounting adapter to slide the extension along the edge and align it precisely.
