Brief description

The RUWI horizontal clamp presses your workpiece horizontally against a stop or a second workpiece on the welding table—the horizontal counterpart to the vertical clamp. Using the clamping bolt, you can secure it at any position within the Ø28 or Ø16 hole pattern. With a length of 253 mm, it can reach clamping points further inside.

The infinitely adjustable clamping range of up to 35 mm accommodates varying workpiece widths without requiring any setup changes. When opened, the clamp automatically retracts 13 mm and releases the workpiece—speeding up changeovers during production runs. The clamp is available to match your hole pattern with clamping bolts of Ø 16 mm or Ø 28 mm; the tabletop should be at least 4 mm thick.

The vertical clamp secures the workpiece from above, while the eccentric clamp allows you to tighten it quickly with a lever. You can find a complete overview of clamping devices and the matching tables—mobile welding tables, lift tables, or sturdy leg tables —in the RUWI welding tables.
