Vario Clamping Bolt, 28 mm diameter

The Vario clamping bolt (Ø 28 mm) provides you with a height-adjustable clamping and anchor point for welding tables and clamping plates with a 28-mmhole grid (for material thicknesses of 4 mm or more). Use the adjustment ring to set the height continuously from 0 to 75 mm and read it directly from the laser-etched scale —this allows you to secure one or more stop elements of varying thicknesses in a single step. The centering bolt and adjustment ring are made of phosphated steel, which clamping bolt black-oxide .

Here's how to use it

• Custom clamping: Rotate the ring to the workpiece height, insert the bolt into the hole—the large 75-mmclamping range can accommodate even thick assemblies and stacked stops.
• Reproducible adjustment: The scale makes every height repeatable—the next time you make the same part, just turn it to the same value.
• Securing stops: On the welding table , the bolt holds the stop and clamping elements in place, even when the workpiece is pushing against them.

When ordering, select the mounting type: S with screw (129 mm overall height) stays securely in place once adjusted; K with clamping lever made of die-cast zinc (168 mm) can be loosened and repositioned tool-free. On the RUWI tables, the bolt fits welding table lifting table and the leg table with a perforated plate Ø 28; for the 16-mm grid, there is the Vario clamping bolt Ø 16 (0–36 mm).
