Brief description

The Vario clamping bolt allows you to securely fasten clamping elements to welding tables and clamping plates with a 28-mm hole pattern. It is phosphated and features a laser-etched scale that lets you adjust the height precisely. The bolt is available with a screw or a clamping lever—both versions provide secure clamping and hold even on thin plates starting at 4 mm. Using the infinitely adjustable ring (0 to 75 mm), you can secure one or more stop elements of varying thicknesses in a single step.

Secure mounting of stop elements on welding tables and clamping plates with 28-mm holes
Fastening various fastening and clamping elements of different thicknesses
Pre-set the stop height with repeatable accuracy using the laser-etched scale
Can also be used on thin perforated panels as thin as 4 mm without any loss of holding power
