Set of support rails with non-slip coating, 120 cm

Brief description

The RUWI support rail set consists of two 120-cm-long aluminum rails with a slip-resistant coating that you can secure to your workbench or multifunction table using the 20-mm hole pattern. The anti-slip coating holds workpieces in place through friction—firmly enough that you can machine or sand edges without applying additional pressure. Using the stainless steel clamping bolts with clamping levers, you can attach the rails to any grid position without tools.

Two parallel rails create a stable support surface; when placed crosswise, they form a straight stop—for example, as a reference edge when gluing frames or for a 90° stop. The 15 mm thick, slip-resistant support base also serves as a sawing surface: You can cut through the rail with a circular saw, even if the cutting depth is set a bit too deep, without cutting into the table. If you extend the rails beyond the edge of the table, you increase the support surface for long workpieces and can simply remove them again after use.

The steel end caps, open on both sides, protect the ends and keep the groove clear, allowing rail clamps such as the Bessey GTR, Festool FSZ, or similar models to be inserted—enabling you to clamp workpieces vertically or horizontally to the rail. The set fits the RUWI table top and any table with a 20-mm standard. If the surface eventually wears out, you can replace it with the separate replacement surface.
