RUWI drilling table Basic

The RUWI drilling table Basic upgrades your bench or pillar drill with a clamping plate and slot clamping system. You mount the plate (450 × 400 mm), made of 4 mm-thick galvanized sheet steel, onto the machine table using the included mounting bracket; you can secure workpieces, a vise, and stops tool-free anywhere along the slot system.

A dual-sided chip guard is located beneath the drilling site: It supports the exit edge—ensuring the drill hole emerges cleanly—and protects the drill bit tip by preventing it from striking the steel plate. Weighing 7 kg net weight , the table can be quickly moved when the machine is needed elsewhere.

Here's how to use it

• Anchor holes, hardware holes, and production drill holes: in wood, metal, and other materials—the drill bit contacts a solid, flat clamping surface instead of the bare machine table.
• Setting up clamping devices: Machine vises, vertical vises, and horizontal toggle clamp or positioning angle fit into tool-free the groove system—the clamping point moves along with the task.
• Drill through without tearing out: the splinter guard catches the drill bit as it exits, and the milled zero line helps align the drilling spot. When it wears out, simply twist it off; it’s available separately as a replacement part.

The " drilling table " is compatible with bench and pillar drill presses as well as drill stands. It is mounted on the machine table using the included mounting bracket; the plate measures 450 × 400 mm and weighs 7 kg net weight.

The Basic is the table top without a stop system. You can retrofit the 720 mm stop rail with two folding stops tool-free —the clamping brackets fit into the slot. If you’re drilling rows and series from the start, the RUWI drilling table Classic is often all you need: It comes with the stop rail and both folding stops.
