The idea behind it

This HPL-coated top (120 x 80 cm) is just right if you want to give your lift table a high-quality upgrade. The robust HPL coating is not only extremely scratch-resistant, but also insensitive to glue or solvents - simply wipe it over and you're done. The precise 20 mm hole pattern is precisely CNC-milled and compatible with Festool and many other clamping systems. This saves you time-consuming self-drilling and gives you perfect accuracy, whether for gluing or clamping. By the way: Even colleagues with their own CNC often prefer to use this plate - for the price, it really makes work easier.

The RUWI Basic HPL Perforated Panel is the perforated top for our RUWI Basic Lift Table—available separately for woodworkers who want to upgrade their existing lift table with a perforated top, replace a worn-out panel, or equip their own base frame with a professional work surface. Table size 1,200 × 800 mm, multiplex with 4 mm thick HPL coating on both sides—this is significantly thicker than the usual 0.8 mm coating on standard workshop tops and correspondingly more durable.

96 chamfered holes (Ø 20 mm) spaced at 96 mm intervals, precisely CNC-milled—this makes all the difference when clamping: bolts and clamps fit without play, and repeat machining remains precise. Even carpenters with their own CNC machines prefer to buy this panel at this price rather than drill the holes themselves. The HPL surface is scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and impervious to glue or solvents – residues can be easily wiped away. The 20-mm hole pattern conforms to the established standard, so accessories from Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench, or other 20-mm tables are universally compatible.

This model is the RUWI Basic Lift Table. If you need more surface area, the Classic table top is available in a 1,600 × 800 mm size with 128 mounting holes. You can find a matching base in the RUWI Lift Table Base, and a complete table in the RUWI Lift Table series.
