Der Vario Spannbolzen Ø 16 mm gibt dir einen höhenverstellbaren Spannpunkt für jeden Lochrastertisch mit 16-mm-Bohrungen (ab 4 mm Materialdicke, vor allem im Metallbereich). Über den Verstellring stellst du die Spannhöhe stufenlos von 0 bis 36 mm ein und liest sie an der gelaserten Maßskala direkt ab – so passt sich der Bolzen an Werkstücke unterschiedlicher Dicke an, ohne Unterlegen. Zentrierbolzen und Verstellring sind aus phosphatiertem Stahl, der Klemmbolzen brüniert.

Here's how to use it

Niederhalten auf Maß: Ring auf Werkstückhöhe drehen, Bolzen in die Bohrung – der Druckpunkt sitzt exakt, das Teil liegt plan zum Heften.
Reproduzierbar einstellen: die Skala macht jede Höhe wiederholbar – beim nächsten gleichen Teil drehst du auf denselben Wert.
Als Anschlag arbeiten: in Schweiß- und Montagevorrichtungen definiert der Bolzen auch seitliche Bezugspunkte.

Beim Bestellen wählst du die Fixierung: S mit Schraube (78 mm Gesamthöhe) sitzt einmal eingestellt fest; K mit Klemmhebel (109 mm) löst und versetzt sich werkzeuglos, wenn die Position oft wechselt. Mehrere Bolzen im Paket gibt es als Set 1 (8 Stück) oder im Set 2 mit Spannern und Ordnungspaneel; die Übersicht zeigen die Zwingen, Senkrecht- und Waagrechtspanner.
