Der RUWI Schweißtisch Nut Hubtisch ist ein höhenverstellbarer Schweiß- und Montagetisch mit einer 1.200 × 800 mm großen Stahlplatte, 4 mm stark. Über die durchgehenden 10-mm-Nuten spannst du Werkstücke mit handelsüblichen Spannmitteln fest, sodass beim Schweißen und Heften nichts verrutscht – die Spanner gleiten in der Nut an jede Position, statt an feste Bohrungen gebunden zu sein. Die Platte ist phosphatiert: Das hält Rost und Verschleiß von der Arbeitsfläche fern und bietet gute Haftung fürs Schweißgut.

Der Tisch steht auf dem RUWI Hubtisch-Untergestell: Über die hydraulische Fußpumpe stellst du die Arbeitshöhe stufenlos von 46 bis 106 cm ein; der Tisch senkt lastunabhängig und gleichmäßig ab. Das Untergestell trägt bis 300 kg, das Gesamtgewicht liegt bei etwa 121 kg. Die Hydraulik ist reparierbar, Ersatzteile sind dauerhaft verfügbar – Stahlplatte und Untergestell kommen zusammen, du erhältst den kompletten Tisch.

Here's how to use it

  • Stufenlos statt im Raster spannen: der Spanner gleitet in der Nut millimetergenau an die Fuge – kein Umsetzen von Loch zu Loch, die Position stimmt exakt.
  • Auf Arbeitshöhe schweißen: die Naht kommt zu dir, nicht du zur Naht – Wurzel im Sitzen, Decklage im Stehen, stufenlos zwischen 46 und 106 cm.
  • Vorhandene Spannmittel weiternutzen: die 10-mm-Nut nimmt handelsübliche Nutenspanner auf – was in der Schublade liegt, arbeitet weiter.
  • Durch die Werkstatt fahren: auf den Lenkrollen rollt der Tisch dorthin, wo montiert wird, und steht fest, sobald die Feststeller greifen.

Das passende Spannzubehör bündelt das Spannsystem-Set für den Nut-Schweißtisch – sechs Schnellspanner, Exzenterspanner und Adapterplatten, alle für die Nut 8 bis 10. Brauchst du statt der Nut ein Lochraster, gibt es den Tisch als Schweißtisch Hubtisch mit Lochplatte Ø 28; ohne Höhenverstellung, mit festen Beinen, als Schweißtisch Nut Beintisch.
