Der RUWI Maschinenschraubstock spannt kleine Werkstücke und Metallteile auf deinem Bohrtisch fest. Über zwei mitgelieferte Schnellspanner (Ø 30 mm) setzt du ihn werkzeuglos in die Nut – Hebel umlegen statt schrauben, versetzen genauso schnell. Die Spannweite beträgt 120 mm bei 130 mm Backenbreite und 35 mm Backenhöhe.

Über die leichtgängige Spindel stellst du den Anpressdruck von leicht bis kräftig ein – so spannst du filigrane Teile genauso wie größere, schwerere Bauteile. Mit 7,5 kg Eigengewicht und 334 mm Länge steht der Schraubstock satt auf dem Tisch; die Bauhöhe von 69 mm hält das Werkstück nah an der Tischfläche.

Here's how to use it

  • Metallteile bohren: Flacheisen, Rohre und Beschläge sitzen zwischen den Backen – das Teil kann beim Durchbruch nicht mitdrehen, die Hände bleiben weg vom Bohrer.
  • Filigranes dosiert spannen: die Spindel baut den Druck fein auf – dünnwandige Teile und Kleinteile werden gehalten, nicht gequetscht.
  • Position im Takt wechseln: beide Exzenter lösen, Schraubstock an die nächste Nutposition, Exzenter schließen – ohne Rüstwerkzeug.
  • Serien bohren: einmal ausgerichtet, bleibt der Schraubstock als feste Spannstation – jedes Teil liegt an derselben Stelle.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Die Schnellspanner (Spannbereich 14 bis 26 mm) passen in die 8- bis 10-mm-Nut der RUWI Bohrtische (Basic, Classic, Premium) sowie auf Aufspannplatten und andere Nuttische. Eine ehrliche Grenze: Der obere Steg der Nutöffnung darf höchstens 7,5 mm dick sein, sonst greifen die Schnellspanner nicht – miss das an deinem Tisch nach, bevor du bestellst.

Werkstücke ohne Schraubstock hält von oben der Senkrechtspanner, seitlich der Waagrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte.
