The idea behind it

This lifting table exceptionally versatile, whether used as a mobile workbench or, when needed, as a sturdy transport cart. It’s normally as compact as a Euro pallet (120 x 80 cm)—but if needed, you can easily double your work surface with a single, simple action. Four high-quality support rails 120 cm) are included and can be stored within easy reach in the drawer. Of course, the table is perfectly compatible with all standard 20-mm clamping systems. It’s exactly this flexibility that we appreciate in our own workshop.

Das RUWI Hubtisch Premium Set bündelt den Premium-Hubtisch mit der Auflagetechnik für lange und große Werkstücke: der RUWI Hubtisch Premium, vier Auflageschienen mit Antirutschbelag (je 120 cm) und acht Klemmwinkel mit Klemmbolzen Ø 20 mm – als Paket günstiger als einzeln zusammengestellt.

Der Premium ist die Ausführung mit der aufklappbaren Lochrasterplatte: Aus 1.200 × 800 mm klappst du die Fläche in Sekunden auf 1.600 × 1.200 mm auf. 192 gefaste Bohrungen Ø 20 mm machen die ganze Platte zur Spannstation, dazu ein Schubkasten mit Stauraum unter der Platte. Tragkraft bis 300 kg; die Höhe läuft stufenlos von 57 bis 117 cm über die hydraulische Fußpumpe, mobil auf vier feststellbaren Vollgummi-Lenkrollen (Ø 100 mm).

Die vier Auflageschienen setzt du werkzeuglos über die acht Klemmwinkel ins 20-mm-Raster – auch über die Tischkante hinaus. So stützt du Türen, Treppenwangen oder Bohlen ab, die über die Platte hinausragen. Der Antirutschbelag hält das Material in Position, beim Schleifen oder Kantenbearbeiten oft ganz ohne zusätzliche Zwinge.

Here's how to use it

  • Überlange Teile auflegen: zwei Schienen über die Tischkante hinaus gesetzt, tragen Tür oder Bohle auf voller Länge – die Platte bleibt frei für Zwingen und Spanner.
  • Schleifen ohne Zwinge: das Werkstück liegt auf dem Antirutschbelag und bleibt durch Reibung in Position – umlegen, weiterschleifen, ohne umzuspannen.
  • Fläche nach Bedarf: Platte aufklappen für Korpusse und Verleimungen, zuklappen fürs Palettenmaß – die Schienen wandern mit.
  • Aufräumen in Sekunden: werden die Schienen nicht gebraucht, verstaust du sie unter der Tischplatte – am Tisch, nicht im Regal.

Das Set ist der schnellste Weg zum arbeitsfertigen Premium-Arbeitsplatz für lange Werkstücke. Die Hydraulik ist reparierbar; Fußpumpe und Tischoberteil sind in Deutschland gefertigt, das Untergestell kommt vom österreichischen Partnerbetrieb – geliefert wird das Untergestell zum Selbstaufbau.
