Brief description

The AIGNER table extension with crosscut fence extends your machine table and provides you with greater safety and control during slot milling. The aluminum table (surface area 1,100 × 172 mm, anodized) serves as a support for long workpieces; the adjustable crosscut fence (length 400 mm) guides the workpiece precisely.

You can adjust the crosscut fence smoothly, swivel it up to 90°, and remove it completely if needed—it can be stored on the optional crosscut fence hanger. This way, you can use the extension sometimes with the fence for guided cuts and other times simply as a support.

Especially when milling the ends of long workpieces, you can use the cross stop to precisely set the starting and ending points and guide the workpiece with precision. At the same time, the stop acts as a kickback guard when the tool is lowered onto the workpiece.

A folding support leg is located under the support plate; it locks into place automatically when unfolded. You can adjust the height continuously from 755 to 1,000 mm so that it sits flush with your machine table. The extension is secured and moved without tools using the clamping lever on the mounting rail. AIGNER manufactures this safety equipment in Germany.

Without the crossbar, you get the standard AIGNER table extension; to create a continuous surface, connect a second one behind it using the AIGNER connecting bar. Other products from our partner: the AIGNER Collection.
