RUWI and Aigner
Let's join forces. To make the workshop better.
AIGNER guide rollers are double-row roller assemblies for the AIGNER pressure module: Two rows of rollers grip the workpiece between them and guide it safely and smoothly along the tool—especially for thin workpieces and sheet material that single-row rollers alone cannot hold steady. The pressure module’s spring-loaded pressure maintains even contact without causing the workpiece to jam.
Here's how to use it
- Guiding thin material: Sheets and thin workpieces run between the rows of rollers—guided rather than simply pressed against them, without fluttering.
- Select the guide based on length: two rollers for the compact guide point, four for the standard guide, and eight for the long, continuous guide on large parts.
- Account for tolerances: the module’s spring-loaded pressure compensates for differences in thickness—contact is maintained, and the part moves freely.
Does this fit your router?
When ordering, select the model based on the number of rollers: 2 rollers, 4 rollers, or 8 rollers. Important: All three are compatible with the AIGNER pressure module, which is sold separately. For localized pressure from above, the single-row AIGNER pressure rollers are the alternative; for full-surface pressure, use the pressure and sliding shoes; the overview shows the AIGNER collection.
