Der RUWI Klemmwinkel mit Schnellspanner verbindet Aluprofile werkzeuglos im rechten Winkel mit ihrer Unterlage – einem weiteren Profil, einem Nuttisch oder dem Nutentisch einer Maschine. Seine Nase greift in die Nut des anstoßenden Profils, der integrierte Schnellspanner sitzt in der Nut der Unterlage. Legst du den Hebel um, zieht der Spanner die Nase nach unten und presst das Profil mit rund 3 kN fest auf die Unterlage; legst du den Hebel zurück, ist die Verbindung gelöst und du kannst das Profil versetzen. So positionierst, fixierst und verbindest du Profile, ohne zu schrauben.

Zum Einsetzen setzt du zuerst die Nase in die Nut des anstoßenden Profils und dann den Spanner von oben an beliebiger Stelle in die Nut der Unterlage: gegen die Federkraft drücken und um 90 Grad drehen, sodass sich die Hammermutter quer unter die Nutflanken legt. Am Rändelring stellst du Höhe und Anpressdruck ein und legst den Hebel um; gelöst wird in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, die einzelnen Schritte zeigt die Anleitung unter Downloads. Den Winkel gibt es in zwei Baugrößen: für Nut 6 (34 mm Gesamthöhe, 6 mm Verstellhöhe) und für Nut 8 (44 mm Gesamthöhe, 8 mm Verstellhöhe). Der Korpus ist aus Zinkdruckguss und brüniertem Stahl, der Exzenterhebel aus pulverbeschichtetem Aluminiumguss.

Here's how to use it

Profile verbinden und fixieren: Im Vorrichtungsbau setzt du Querprofile in Sekunden an und ziehst sie mit einem Hebelgriff fest an, statt Nutensteine einzufädeln und Winkel zu verschrauben.
Anschläge auf Nut- und Maschinentischen: Ein Profil als Anschlag ziehst du mit dem Winkel fest auf den Nuttisch, etwa auf den Nutentisch einer CNC-Maschine, und versetzt es bei Bedarf in Sekunden. Nach diesem Prinzip wird auch das Anschlaglineal am RUWI Bohrtisch verstellt.
Rahmen aussteifen: Bei wechselnden Aufbauten verbindet der Winkel Profile im rechten Winkel kraftschlüssig miteinander und hält die Konstruktion in Form.
Montagehilfe für Prototypen: Konstruktionen aus Aluprofil entstehen und ändern sich im Fluss, und die Verbindungspunkte ziehen ohne Werkzeug einfach mit um.

Does this fit your aluminum profile?

Beim Bestellen wählst du die Nutbreite: Nut 6 oder Nut 8. Für die Unterlage zählt dabei allein die Nutbreite – der Spanner klemmt in Item-, Bosch- und anderen Systemprofilen ebenso wie in Nuttischen und Maschinentischen mit Nut 6 oder Nut 8. Das anstoßende Profil, in das die Nase greift, muss dagegen ein Item- oder Item-kompatibles Profil sein: beim Winkel für Nut 6 aus dem 30er-System, beim Winkel für Nut 8 aus dem 40er-System. Die Nase ist auf die Nutform dieser Profile abgestimmt und passt nicht in Bosch-Profile. Die Schnellspann-Mechanik entspricht dem Schnellspanner Ø 15 mm beziehungsweise dem Schnellspanner Ø 20 mm; alle Baugrößen zeigt die Schnellspanner-Übersicht.
