Wenn du Formen oder Konturen an der Kreissäge sägst, ist der Weg oft umständlich: anreißen, am Schiebeschlitten ausrichten, festhalten, sägen, im Zweifel nacharbeiten. Der AIGNER Sägeboy nimmt dir diese Schleife ab: werkzeuglos am Parallelanschlag befestigt, sägst du mit Schablone oder Kopiervorlage Formteile in einem Arbeitsgang wiederholgenau auf Maß – und nimmst auch überstehende Kanten bündig ab.

Das eloxierte Aluminium-Führungslineal (Universal: 940 mm) gibt dem Werkstück über die ganze Länge eine ruhige Auflage. Die Höhe stellst du über T-Griff und Rändelmutter ein und findest sie über die Maßskala später wieder, ohne neu zu messen. Je nachdem, wie die Kante zum Sägeblatt steht, sägst du bündig zur Vorlage oder mit bewusstem Überstand fürs Überfräsen oder Schleifen.

Here's how to use it

Formteile nach Schablone: Balkonbretter und Konturteile vorformatieren – die Vorlage läuft am Lineal, das Teil kommt sägefertig zur Fräse.
Kantenüberstände abnehmen: aufgeleimte Massivholzkanten direkt an der Kreissäge auf Maß – ohne Umweg über die Fräse.
Beschichtungen bündig sägen: Furnier- und HPL-Überstände mit feinem Blatt bündig zur Kante oder mit leichtem Rücksprung für die Nacharbeit.
Fasen ohne Vorsatzbrett: Fasenschnitte direkt am Parallelanschlag, ohne zusätzlichen Aufbau.

Passt das zu deiner Säge?

Beim Bestellen wählst du die Ausführung nach dem Anschlagsystem deiner Säge: Universal für Standard-Parallelanschläge (Gewindebohrung mit Rändelschraube, an dünnwandigen Anschlägen per Mutter), Altendorf / Format 4 für die Anschläge von Altendorf, Felder und Format 4 (rückseitige Klemmung) und Martin für Martin-Anschläge (ebenfalls rückseitige Klemmung).
