Brief description

Der RUWI Schnellspanner mit Außengewinde und Klemmmutter ist die geschraubte Ausführung der RUWI Aluprofil-Schnellspanner. Während die Standardvariante mit einem Nutenstein in die Profilnut gleitet, wird diese über ihr Außengewinde und die mitgelieferte Klemmmutter fest verschraubt. Gespannt wird wie bei der ganzen Reihe werkzeuglos: Exzenterhebel um 90 Grad umlegen, das Werkstück sitzt fest – Hebel zurück, es ist frei.

Du wählst die Ausführung nach Profilsystem und Nutbreite: Ø 15 mm mit Gewinde M15 × 1 für Nut 6 (Item) oder Ø 20 mm mit Gewinde M20 × 1 für Nut 8 (Item oder Bosch). Wichtig: Item und Bosch haben bei gleicher Nutbreite unterschiedlich geformte Nuten – deshalb die getrennten Ausführungen. Die Spannkraft liegt bei rund 1,5 kN (Ø 15) beziehungsweise 2,5 kN (Ø 20), erzeugt aus etwa 90 bis 100 N Handkraft am Hebel. Grundkörper aus Stahl, Exzenterhebel aus pulverbeschichtetem Aluminiumguss, „Made in Germany".

Welche Nutbreite du brauchst, sagt dir dein Profil: Nut 6 sitzt meist auf 20er- und 30er-Profilen, Nut 8 auf den 40er-Profilen. Spannst du lieber direkt mit Nutenstein in der Nut, nimmst du die Variante mit Nutenstein; größere Baugrößen und weitere Nutbreiten findest du in der Schnellspanner-Übersicht.
