Brief description

The RUWI quick-release clamp (Ø 15 mm) secures workpieces, brackets, and stops in the groove 6 of aluminum profiles without the need for tools. Instead of tightening a groove nut with an Allen wrench, simply flip the eccentric lever—it locks in place in seconds and releases just as quickly. The Ø 15 mm model is the smallest size in the series, designed for groove 6 profiles.

When you flip the lever, an eccentric mechanism pulls the galvanized slotted nut upward and locks it securely into the profile groove. This allows you to apply a clamping force of approximately 1.5 kN with minimal effort. You can adjust the clamping range from 0 to 6 mm to match the height of your workpiece; with a total height of 34 mm, the clamp lies flat. The base body is made of steel, and the eccentric lever is made of powder-coated cast aluminum, “Made in Germany.”

The groove nut is available for Item and Bosch profiles; other sizes are available upon request. The external-thread version and the larger sizes for Groove 8 and Groove 10 can be found in the quick-release overview.
