The RUWI quick-release clamp (Ø 30 mm) secures workpieces, stops, and guide elements tool-free in the slot 10 of aluminum profiles—the largest size in the series, designed for large profile series. Instead of tightening a slot nut with an Allen key, simply flip the eccentric lever—it secures the clamp in seconds and releases just as quickly.

When you flip the lever, an eccentric mechanism pulls the slot nut upward and locks it securely into the profile groove. This allows you to apply approximately 4 kN of clamping force with minimal effort—the highest force level in the series. You can adjust the clamping range of 14 mm to the height of your workpiece; the overall height is 63 mm.

Here's how to use it

Setting stops and guides: Secure workpieces, stops, and guide elements in slot-10 profiles—flip the lever instead of using screws.
Supporting heavy structures: For large profile frames in plant and special-purpose machinery construction, the Ø-30 size provides the clamping force that smaller clamps cannot deliver.
Equipment and Tooling Construction: Assemble and relocate modular structures in seconds—the clamping point moves along with the structure.
Combine fixed clamping points: Use clamping brackets and stops to set up recurring positions.

Does this fit your aluminum profile?

The clamp fits into the slot 10—the slot width of the large profile series. The slot nut is designed for Item profiles; other slot nuts are available upon request. The 14 mm clamping range can also accommodate thicker workpieces and shims.

If you need a shorter length ( clamping force ) with a flatter profile, the Ø 20 mm quick-release clamp for slot 10 is the slimmer option; if the clamping point is to be permanently bolted, choose the version with an external thread. The quick-release clamp overview shows all sizes.
