Brief description

The double-edged disc grooving cutter with carbide-tipped, straight cutting edges is a reliable helper for grooves and slots in softwood, hardwood or coated boards. Thanks to its flexible shank, which can be fitted with different sized thrust ball bearings, it is ideal for flat dowels/shape keys in sizes 0, 10 and 22. It can also be used for block milling.

Possible applications

You can easily machine hardwood, softwood or coated boards with this disc grooving cutter. We like to use it ourselves in our workshop to produce precisely fitting grooves for flat dowels and thus create stable connections. It is compatible with RUWI routing machines - including our own bench routers - as well as other popular models.
