The idea behind it

The shelf trolley was originally developed for our own production. We wanted to make our production and final assembly processes clearer and more efficient. The solution: each article, each assembly is given its own trolley with all the individual parts, tools and equipment required in one place. This means that everything has its place and the next work step is just a hand movement away. Mobile, flexible and in daily use at our company.

Brief description

The RUWI shelf trolley creates clearly structured order in the workshop, warehouse and production - developed directly from practical experience, robustly built and flexible to use. The combination of sturdy aluminum construction and powder-coated steel reliably withstands the demands of everyday workshop use.

You can adjust the height and angle of the shelves to suit your needs without tools - perfect for ergonomic working and quick access to your materials. Magnetic surfaces allow simple, clear labelling, for example with KANBAN cards, for better organization of processes. The shelf trolley can be extended at any time with a wide range of accessories such as functional walls or additional shelves. Ideal for combining with RUWI workshop trolleys, lift tables or as a material supply trolley in the assembly area - for a well-thought-out overall system.

Possible applications

Structured material storage: Euroboxes, Systainers and other containers are positioned clearly and within easy reach directly at the workstation - ideal for assembly, storage or use as Kanban trolleys.
Flexible use of shelves: The shelves can be quickly attached straight or at an angle so that you can ideally adapt the material content and access - whether as a shelf trolley, shelf trolley or mobile transport trolley with open-fronted storage bins.
Expandable at any time: Accessories such as tool trays, reel holders, functional walls or iPad holders make the shelf trolley versatile and transform it into a flexible material supply trolley or Kanban mobile shelving system as required.
Facilitate structured processes: Magnetic surfaces help you to label materials and manage your reorders, for example according to the KANBAN principle - particularly practical if the trolley is used as a Kanban mobile rack or as a shelf trolley in the warehouse.
